Orders placed through Doctors Pharma are trade orders between licensed businesses. Supply of prescription medicine is contingent on verification of a valid drug sale license and, where required, prescriptions. Prices are in PKR and exclusive of applicable duties unless stated. Slab discounts apply per order based on total boxes and cannot be combined with quoted special rates. Delivery timelines are estimates from dispatch and may vary by destination.
We collect only what fulfilment needs: account details (name, pharmacy, city, license), delivery contact information and order history. We never sell personal data. Session cookies keep you signed in; you can sign out at any time. For deletion requests, email sales@doctorspharma.pk.
Short-damaged or incorrectly picked items are replaced within 48 hours of delivery notification — at our cost. Cold-chain items follow their stated storage conditions and are not returnable once delivered unless temperature excursion is documented. Products subject to a market recall are handled per DRAP directions; contact your account manager immediately with batch numbers.
